The company has a Sales Specialist opening in the San Joaquin Valley, generally between Sacramento and Modesto, with 40 active accounts and the opportunity to double the business over time. For an high energy Sales Specialist, you can look forward to a solid base salary, monthly & quarterly incentives, and achievable sales objectives.
You will work directly with our top sales producer developing and servicing established industrial accounts. In addition, the Sales Specialist will help increase area revenue by introducing new products and services as well as opening new accounts throughout the Valley area. Ideal Sales Specialist candidates will have five or more years of industrial sales and/or service experience. Mechanical "know-how" more important than the type of degree. You must have demonstrated a history of exceeding customer expectations. If you already understand pumps, piping and seal technology that will be a bonus. If not, we have available full training process to guide your development. By the way, a track record in growing a territory by $250,000, $500,000 or more is a super plus. Initial employment includes training & orientation at Concord headquarters learning product and service fundamentals. For that reason, candidates must be willing to plan some long distance commuting during the first several months.
