    Job Summary:


    Tracks customer orders through the production or fulfillment process from placement to completion. Receive orders, inputs specifications and deadlines, and monitors progress. Liaises with internal departments to ensure that all downline activities will meet internal and external due dates. This individual must be highly motivated and self-driven to ensure our internal/external customers receive superior service and quality products.  



    • Perform inventory transaction to maintain product reservations and releasing of picking lists for order fulfillment.
    • Act as an escalation liaison between customer service, production, and procurement to resolve issues that impact service to our customers by handling moderately complex issues and refers more complex issues to designated manager
    • Measure and report on delivery on time performance.  
    • Monitors daily order entry reports and communicates scheduling problems and concerns to Customer Service Team.
    • Represent the organization/department regarding specific issues or projects as necessary
    • Assists management in resolving problems concerning late delivery, and shortages.
    • Prepares and provides various reports for management. Participates actively in departmental and cross functional meetings.
    • May attend daily production meeting to report customer service issue. .

    • Work independently, and as a team member with all areas of the business
    • Work in a fast environment and multitask is necessary
    • Leverage resources in meeting the demands of both internal and external customers to prevent delays in production schedules and/or allocation of additional resources
    • Contacts are frequent with all levels of the organization and internal customer concerning projects and/or scheduling requirements
    • Work under general supervision to establish priorities, plan workload and establish commitments for task completion

    • Advanced written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage projects
    • Thorough understanding of materials, scheduling, inventory control and logistic functions
    • Advanced problem-solving, and planning abilities

    Education and/or Experience:

    • High School Diploma and 2 to 4 years of manufacturing and logistics experience
    • Computer skills, including all Microsoft Applications, are essential
    • Experience with inventory transactions and/or functional knowledge of MRP is preferred

    Other Skills and Abilities:

    • Customer service skills.
    • Ability to work according to written / verbal instructions and / or procedures
    • Ability to work under frequently changing priorities and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Special Attention required to detail and accuracy
